Athena Spencer to Lead Belardi Wong’s Next Chapter of Digital Strategy

Belardi Wong is excited to announce the next chapter of our digital division – a strategic investment in the leadership, vision, and operating model that will help us deliver even more connected, measurable, and growth-focused solutions for our clients.

At the center of this next phase is Athena Spencer, who has stepped up as our SVP of Growth Strategy and Client Services. Athena brings more than 25 years of experience across retail, ecommerce, direct mail, digital marketing, analytics, and client strategy, including leadership roles at enterprise-level brands such as The Home Depot and for clients such as Lands’ End and Jonathan Adler.

Her extensive background aligns with Belardi Wong’s commitment to connecting online and offline channels, translating data into meaningful strategy, and helping brands transform marketing programs in ways that drive growth. Under Athena’s leadership, Belardi Wong’s digital division will continue to build on the firm’s deep roots in data, direct marketing, measurement, and performance; bringing those strengths into a more integrated client experience.

We are also pleased to share that Brian Correll has been promoted to AVP, Digital Operations, where he will support Athena and help lead the digital media execution and operations behind the division’s growth. Brian brings nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy, with expertise across paid search, paid social, performance marketing, full-funnel acquisition, budget optimization, and cross-channel digital execution.

This is an intentional investment in the future of Belardi Wong’s digital practice. As marketing becomes more complex, clients need partners who can connect channels, move quickly, make sense of performance, and bring clear direction to the decisions that matter most. By strengthening the leadership and structure behind our digital team, Belardi Wong is positioned to help clients navigate what’s next with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

For clients, this chapter means a digital team positioned to bring together cross-channel thinking, strategic clarity, operational discipline, and day-to-day partnership. It means stronger alignment across strategy, execution, and reporting. Most importantly, it means helping clients move faster, make better decisions, and feel more confident about where to go next.

As the landscape continues to shift, Belardi Wong’s digital team is building for what comes next – helping clients navigate change, connect the right channels, and turn strategy into measurable growth.
